Returns and Exchanges

Our product exchange policy ensures customers can shop at TheDogVest with complete confidence.
All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also process exchanges for products that differ from what was originally ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that is different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

  1. If the issue is identified within 7 business days of receiving the product, contact us with your order number, the product to be returned, and a description of the defect.
  2. For issues identified after 7 business days but within 90 days of receiving the product, provide your Social Security Number (SSN), order number, the product to be returned, and details of the defect.

Upon receiving your email, we will forward your request to our quality control team for review. Approval from this team is required before processing any exchange. After the review, we will contact you with a resolution.

You may choose from the following options if the issue is confirmed:

  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • A replacement product identical to the one ordered.
  • A product of similar value.
  • A store credit for future purchases.

Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be processed after 90 days from the date of receipt.

If the product is returned without prior communication, outside the allowed timeframe, missing items, tags, or documentation, it will be sent back to the customer. Rejected exchanges due to quality analysis will also be returned to the customer via a prepaid return shipping label, which the customer is responsible for covering.
